Instructions:
For the Burgers:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, placing a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking.
Toast the buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
For the Crispy Chicken Burger:
In one bowl, whisk an egg. In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken fillets in the egg, then coat them with the seasoned flour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillets until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
For the Fries:
Cut the potatoes into fries, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and paprika.
Fry them in a deep fryer or pan until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and garnish with fresh parsley.
For the Bacon Topping:
Fry the bacon strips until crispy, then crumble them into small pieces.
Add the crumbled bacon on top of the burgers or mix with some cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
Assemble the Burgers:
For the beef burgers, layer a patty with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and pesto on the toasted buns.
For the chicken burgers, place the crispy chicken fillet on a bun and add pesto, lettuce, and tomato.
