Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells 🥩🧄🍝

Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
8 oz shell pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Cook the Steak Bites:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Pasta: While the steak is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese, allowing the cheese to melt and the sauce to thicken, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine and Serve:

Add the cooked pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce and toss to coat.
Serve the creamy Parmesan shells with the garlic butter steak bites on top.
