📝 Ingredients:
1 large round sourdough bread loaf
12 oz (340g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cooked crab meat (optional)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
½ tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
🔥 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Bread Bowl: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top off the bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a sturdy shell. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same pan, add heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheeses. Stir until smooth. Season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
4️⃣ Assemble: Stir cooked shrimp (and crab, if using) into the cheese sauce. Pour into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
5️⃣ Bake: Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve warm with the bread chunks or extra toasted bread for dipping!
