For the Garlic Herb Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shell and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lemon zest.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and keep warm.

3️⃣ Grill the Lobster:
Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, then baste with garlic butter.
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Drizzle remaining garlic herb butter over the lobster.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Pair with grilled vegetables, rice, or a crisp salad!
