Juicy, tender lobster tails with a rich garlic butter glaze!

📝 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Lobster Tails:

6 lobster tails, split in half
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🔹 For Garnish:

Extra melted butter
Lemon wedges
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster:

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter:

In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Grill the Lobster:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat.
Place the tails meat-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes.
Flip, baste with more butter, and grill another 3-4 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Drizzle extra garlic butter over the lobster.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
