Ingredients:
🍪 1 ½ cups red velvet cake crumbs
🧈 ¼ cup melted butter
🧀 16 oz cream cheese, softened
🍚 ¾ cup sugar
🥚 2 eggs
🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
🍶 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍰 1 cup heavy cream
🍚 ¼ cup sugar (for topping)

Instructions:
🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
🍪 Mix red velvet cake crumbs and melted butter, press into a greased 9-inch pan.
🧀 Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth.
🍓 Fold in chopped strawberries.
🥄 Pour over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
❄️ Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
🍚 Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch.
