Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Add the Filling: Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Form the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching it to seal the sides and form a ball. Place each pizza bomb seam-side down into the muffin tin.
  5. Season the Pizza Bombs: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve: Let the pizza bombs cool slightly, then serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
