Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles 🍜🔥
A flavorful mix of tender steak, juicy shrimp, and chewy noodles tossed in a savory sauce!
Ingredients
Noodles & Protein:
½ lb wide dried rice noodles, cooked
½ lb steak, thinly sliced
8-10 shrimp, deveined, tails off
Steak Marinade:
2 tbsp chicken broth + ½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce
Vegetables:

1½ cups mixed vegetables (Brussels sprouts, onions, bell peppers, carrots, kale, broccoli)
2 tbsp oil (add more if needed)
Sauce:
½ cup chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
Chili crisps (optional, for heat)
Garnish:
Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
Marinate steak with chicken broth, lemon juice, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Sear steak for about 1 minute per side, then remove.
Stir-fry vegetables until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until they curl into a “C” shape.
Pour in the sauce, then add steak and noodles. Toss until the sauce thickens.
Stir in green onions, serve hot, and enjoy!
