Ingredients:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (8 oz each) π₯©
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined π€
8 oz fettuccine pasta π
1 cup heavy cream π₯
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning π§
2 ears corn, halved π½
2 tbsp butter π§
Lemon wedges for garnish π
Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish π§πΏ
Instructions:

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Grill or pan-sear for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest and slice. π₯
Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning until charred. Brush with butter. π½
Cook fettuccine per package, drain. In a skillet, melt butter, add shrimp and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, cooking until pink (2-3 minutes). Remove shrimp. π€
In the skillet, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until thickened (3-4 minutes). Toss pasta and shrimp in sauce. π₯π§
