Halal Layered Pizza Stack
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound halal ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup halal beef pepperoni slices
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the halal ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Place one tortilla on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over it. Sprinkle some cooked beef and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining tortillas, adding pizza sauce, beef, and cheese between each layer.
- On the top layer, spread a final layer of sauce, then add a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Arrange halal beef pepperoni slices evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy, meaty pizza stack!
