๐ŸŒŸ Ingredients:

For the cake:
โœ… 1 chocolate cake mixing box ๐Ÿซ
โœ… 3 eggs ๐Ÿฅš
โœ… ยฝ cup of oil ๐Ÿซ’
โœ… 1 cup of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ

For flan:
โœ… 1 can of condensed milk ๐Ÿฅ›
โœ… 1 can of evaporated milk ๐Ÿฅ›
โœ… 4 eggs ๐Ÿฅš
โœ… 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence ๐ŸŒผ

For candy:
โœ… 1 cup of sugar ๐Ÿฌ

๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the candy:
โ€ข In a pan over medium heat, break the sugar until you get a golden candy.
โ€ข Pour the candy at the bottom of a mold and let cool.

2๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the cake mixture:
โ€ข Follow the instructions in the box and mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
โ€ข Pour the mixture on the caramel in the mold.

3๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the flan:
โ€ข Lica condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla until you integrate.
โ€ข Pour the flan mixture on the cake dough, it will be separated during baking.

4๏ธโƒฃ Bake in a water bath:
โ€ข Cover the mold with foil.
โ€ข Place the mold inside a hot water tray up to half the mold.
โ€ข Bake at 175 ยฐ C (350 ยฐ F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until inserting a stick into the flan, it comes out clean.

5๏ธโƒฃ cool, refrigerate and unmold:
โ€ข Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
โ€ข Pass a knife through the edges and turn over a large plate.
