๐ซ๐ฎ Homemade Chocoflan: The impossible cake that always surprises! ๐
๐ Ingredients:
For the cake:

1 chocolate cake mixing box ๐ซ

3 eggs ๐ฅ
โ
ยฝ cup of oil ๐ซ
โ
1 cup of water ๐ฆ
For flan:
โ
1 can of condensed milk ๐ฅ
โ
1 can of evaporated milk ๐ฅ
โ
4 eggs ๐ฅ
โ
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence ๐ผ
For candy:
โ
1 cup of sugar ๐ฌ

๐ Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the candy:
โข In a pan over medium heat, break the sugar until you get a golden candy.
โข Pour the candy at the bottom of a mold and let cool.
2๏ธโฃ Prepare the cake mixture:
โข Follow the instructions in the box and mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
โข Pour the mixture on the caramel in the mold.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare the flan:
โข Lica condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla until you integrate.
โข Pour the flan mixture on the cake dough, it will be separated during baking.
4๏ธโฃ Bake in a water bath:
โข Cover the mold with foil.
โข Place the mold inside a hot water tray up to half the mold.
โข Bake at 175 ยฐ C (350 ยฐ F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until inserting a stick into the flan, it comes out clean.
5๏ธโฃ cool, refrigerate and unmold:
โข Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
โข Pass a knife through the edges and turn over a large plate.
๐ก Extra typ: decorate with chopped nuts, whipped cream or more caramel for an extra touch. ๐โจ
