Ingredients:
🔹 For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🔹 For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Broil the Lobster: Preheat the oven to broil (high) and place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
