Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bites 🥩🦐
A rich, juicy, and flavorful surf & turf dish in one pan!

📝 Ingredients:

For the Steak & Shrimp:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
12 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 lemon (cut into wedges, for serving)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Sear the Steak:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Add steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until browned and medium-rare.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same pan, add another tbsp olive oil.
Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter:

Lower heat to medium and melt butter in the pan.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve:

Return the steak and shrimp to the pan and toss in the garlic butter.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
