Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter 🦞🧄
Perfectly grilled lobster tails drizzled with rich garlic butter—pure indulgence!
📝 Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
4 lobster tails (butterflied)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
1 lemon (cut into wedges)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the shell and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Grill the Lobster Tails:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or use a broiler).
Place lobster tails flesh-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small pan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
Stir in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Drizzle garlic butter over the grilled lobster tails.
