for the beef tenderloin:
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
for the shrimp topping:
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

for the sauce:
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions:
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear each steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp with minced garlic until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, then whisk in butter and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes to thicken.
- Plate the steaks and spoon the shrimp mixture on top. Drizzle with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately for an elegant and flavorful meal.
