A luxurious steakhouse-style dish with juicy shrimp, crispy potatoes, and creamy sauce!

📝 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Steak:

1 (8 oz) filet mignon or ribeye steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
🔹 For the Shrimp:

8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
🔹 For the Potatoes:

1 lb baby potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
🔹 For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (medium-rare) or to desired doneness.
Add butter, baste the steak, then remove and let rest.
3️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes per side until opaque.
Drizzle with lemon juice and remove.
4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese.
Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Plate the steak, roasted potatoes, and shrimp.
Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
