๐ Decadent Black Forest Cheesecake ๐
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs ๐ช
1/4 cup sugar ๐บ
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted ๐ง
3 cups cream cheese, softened ๐ง
1 cup sugar ๐บ
1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฟ
3 large eggs ๐ฅ
1/2 cup sour cream ๐ถ
1/4 cup heavy cream ๐งด
1/4 cup cocoa powder ๐ซ
1 can cherry pie filling ๐
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted ๐ซ
Whipped cream for topping ๐ฆ
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) ๐ฅ.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl ๐ช. Press into the bottom of a springform pan ๐ง.
Bake for 8-10 minutes and let it cool completely โ๏ธ.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth ๐ง. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time ๐ฅ.
Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and cocoa powder ๐ซ.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust ๐ฐ.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, until set but slightly wobbly in the center โณ. Cool completely โ๏ธ.
Once cooled, spread cherry pie filling evenly on top ๐.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cherries ๐ซ.
Top with whipped cream before serving ๐ฆ.
