Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 🍪

1/4 cup sugar 🏺

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈

3 cups cream cheese, softened 🧀

1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

3 large eggs 🥚

1/2 cup sour cream 🍶

1/4 cup heavy cream 🧴

1/4 cup cocoa powder 🍫

1 can cherry pie filling 🍒

1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted 🍫

Whipped cream for topping 🍦

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) 🔥.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl 🍪. Press into the bottom of a springform pan 🧈.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and let it cool completely ❄️.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth 🧀. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time 🥚.

Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and cocoa powder 🍫.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust 🍰.
