Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs ๐Ÿช

1/4 cup sugar ๐Ÿบ

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted ๐Ÿงˆ

3 cups cream cheese, softened ๐Ÿง€

1 cup sugar ๐Ÿบ

1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒฟ

3 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš

1/2 cup sour cream ๐Ÿถ

1/4 cup heavy cream ๐Ÿงด

1/4 cup cocoa powder ๐Ÿซ

1 can cherry pie filling ๐Ÿ’

1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted ๐Ÿซ

Whipped cream for topping ๐Ÿฆ

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl ๐Ÿช. Press into the bottom of a springform pan ๐Ÿงˆ.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and let it cool completely โ„๏ธ.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth ๐Ÿง€. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time ๐Ÿฅš.

Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, and cocoa powder ๐Ÿซ.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust ๐Ÿฐ.
