Nutella Pancakes with Walnut Topping 🍫

🛒 Ingredients:
For Pancakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping:
Nutella (as much as you like!)
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

1️⃣ Prepare the Pancake Batter:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Avoid overmixing.
2️⃣ Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour the batter onto the skillet to form small pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat for all the batter.
3️⃣ Add Nutella and Walnuts:
Spread a generous amount of Nutella over each pancake while they’re still warm.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top for a delightful crunch.
