Orange Creamsicle Poke Cake 🍊🍰
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1 (3 oz) box orange gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Orange zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Bake the cake according to the package instructions in a 9×13-inch pan. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Poke holes all over the cake using the back of a wooden spoon.
In a bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Pour over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread over the cake.
Top with whipped topping, smoothing it out evenly.
Chill for at least 1 hour, then garnish with orange zest if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
