Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Bake 🥩🧀🍝
A creamy, cheesy, and hearty pasta dish with Philly cheesesteak flavors!
📝 Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Pasta & Sauce:
12 oz penne pasta (or any short pasta)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups provolone cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
For Serving:
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Garlic bread or toasted baguette
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from heat and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, then add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in 1 cup provolone cheese and whisk until smooth.
5️⃣ Assemble & Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with cooked steak and remaining provolone & mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread!
