Today, Iâm excited to share a wonderful recipe that the whole family will adore: Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast! This dish is not only a treat for the taste buds but also perfect for a cozy dinner at home or a gathering with friends. Letâs take a look at what youâll need to bring this dish to life.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for steak bites)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for steak bites)
- 1/2 tsp salt (for steak bites)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (for steak bites)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for steak bites)
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for shrimp)
- 1/2 tsp salt (for shrimp)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (for shrimp)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for shrimp)
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted, for garlic butter sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and medium-rare, adjusting the cooking time to your preference. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, if needed, add more olive oil.
- Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 2 minutes per side until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the parsley and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites and shrimp, garnishing with extra parsley. Serve immediately alongside roasted potatoes, veggies, or rice.
