Ingredients:
Crust:
1½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
¼ cup melted butter
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted dark chocolate
Topping:

1 cup cherry pie filling or fresh cherries
½ cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream, vanilla, and melted dark chocolate. Mix until fully combined.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
