Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Shrimp:

  • 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Cook the Steak Bites:
    • Season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
    • Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter for Steak:
    • In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
    • Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
    • Remove and keep warm.
  • Cook the Shrimp:
    • In a clean skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
    • Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
    • Add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic, tossing the shrimp in the melted butter.
  • Serve:
    • Plate the steak bites and shrimp together.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
