Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Shrimp:
- 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges

Instructions
- Cook the Steak Bites:
- Season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter for Steak:
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In a clean skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic, tossing the shrimp in the melted butter.
- Serve:
- Plate the steak bites and shrimp together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
