Recipe
Ingredients:
Steak:
2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 sprig rosemary
Lobster Tail:
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Herb Butter:
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt, to taste
Directions:

Prepare the Steak:
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust time to your preferred doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet, basting the steaks with the melted butter. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat the oven to broil. Cut down the center of each lobster tail shell with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat up to rest on top of the shell. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush over the lobster meat. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Set aside to melt over the steak and lobster when serving.
Serve:
Plate the steaks and lobster tails together, drizzling each with a spoonful of garlic herb butter. Garnish with extra fresh parsley and serve immediately for a luxurious dining experience.
