Grilled Chicken with Mashed Potatoes & Fresh Salad

📝 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Grilled Chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Juice of 1 lime
🔹 For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
🔹 For the Fresh Salad:

1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt & black pepper to taste
🍽️ Step by Step:

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lime juice.
Coat the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken:

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
3️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

Mash the boiled potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in chopped parsley for extra freshness.
4️⃣ Make the Salad:

Combine cucumber and carrot in a bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over it and season with salt & pepper.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
