Pistachio Buttercream:
🥜 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
🥜 2 cups powdered sugar
🥜 ½ cup finely ground pistachios
🥜 ¼ cup heavy cream
🥜 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch cake pans.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Fold in raspberries.
5️⃣ Divide batter between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
6️⃣ For frosting, beat butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar, ground pistachios, heavy cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
7️⃣ Frost the cake and garnish with extra pistachios and raspberries.
