  • 1 kg 000 flour
  • 400 cc milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 g yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla powder

  1. Activate the yeast: Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Let it sit until foamy.
