Ingredients:

12 oz (340 g) penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 lb (450 g) ground beef or Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups pizza sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Directions:

Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Meat: In a large skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Add onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Drain any excess grease.
Make the Sauce: Stir in pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Assemble the Casserole: Spread half of the cooked pasta in the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer with half the meat sauce, half the mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Repeat the layers.
Top It Off: Arrange pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the final cheese layer.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
