📝 Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 NY strip or ribeye steaks
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional)
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prep & Sear the Steak:
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3–4 mins per side. Add butter, garlic, and herbs; baste for 1–2 more mins. Let rest before slicing.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a separate pan or same skillet, cook shrimp 1–2 mins per side until pink and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in cream and Dijon mustard. Simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
4️⃣ Plate it Up:
Spoon garlic cream sauce onto the plate. Top with steak and shrimp. Garnish with parsley.
5️⃣ Optional:
Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or crusty bread.
