2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless

2 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’

2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„

1 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹

1 tsp dried oregano 🌿

Fresh dill (optional) for garnish 🌿

1 cup Greek yogurt πŸ₯›

Β½ cucumber, grated & drained πŸ₯’

1 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’

1 garlic clove, minced πŸ§„

1 tsp lemon juice πŸ‹

Salt to taste πŸ§‚

Fresh dill, chopped 🌿

🍽️ On the side:
Sliced cucumbers πŸ₯’

Cherry tomatoes πŸ…

  1. Marinate the Chicken:

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt & pepper.

Coat chicken and let marinate for 30 mins.

  1. Grill It Up:

Grill chicken over medium-high heat 5–6 mins per side or until fully cooked and beautifully charred πŸ”₯

Slice into strips and set aside.

  1. Make the Tzatziki:

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well and chill πŸ₯£β„️
