**Ingredients:
*For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
*For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs (or fresh parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
*For Serving:
- 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

**Directions:
- Marinate & Grill Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Bowl:
- Place cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
- Add steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Drizzle generously with garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with green onions (optional).
