Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

**Ingredients:
*For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

*For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs (or fresh parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

*For Serving:

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

**Directions:

  1. Marinate & Grill Chicken:
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  1. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
  • In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Assemble the Bowl:
  • Place cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
  • Add steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
  • Drizzle generously with garlic Parmesan sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions (optional).
