Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

For the Blueberry Swirl:

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
