Million Dollar Roast Beef Tenderloin 🥩🍄
Ingredients:
- 2 lb beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer the tenderloin to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (medium-rare).
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add beef broth, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the sliced tenderloin and serve warm.
