Ingredients:
For the Filet Mignon:
- 4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter

For the Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce:
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb lobster tail meat, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1ď¸âŁ Cook the Filet Mignon:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for desired doneness. Add butter to the skillet in the last minute of cooking, basting the steaks with melted butter. Remove and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter. SautĂŠ garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and lobster, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Return the shrimp and lobster to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
