Cheesy Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the chicken simmer for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken breasts. Cover the skillet again and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
