For the Salmon Bites:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Salmon
In a bowl, season the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
Step 2: Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned salmon cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat and stir in heavy cream, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
Return the seared salmon bites to the skillet.
Spoon the garlic sauce over the salmon and let it warm through for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
