Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Surf and Turf 🍤🥩

Perfectly seared steak bites and juicy shrimp, tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce—this surf and turf dish is a restaurant-quality meal made right at home!

Ingredients:
For the Steak:

1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
For the Shrimp:

½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steak:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove and set aside with the steak.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Lower the heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, and add minced garlic.
Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
4️⃣ Combine Everything:

Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
5️⃣ Serve and Enjoy:

Plate immediately with extra parsley garnish.
