🍓🍰 Velvet Strawberry Cheesecake 🍰🍓
Ingredients
For the Crust:
🍪 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
🧈 1/4 cup butter, melted
🍬 2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake:

🧀 16 oz cream cheese, softened
🍬 1 cup granulated sugar
🥚 3 large eggs
🍦 1 cup sour cream
🍓 1/2 cup strawberry puree
🍋 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
For the Strawberry Topping:
🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
🍬 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2️⃣ Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
3️⃣ Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then sour cream, strawberry puree, vanilla, and flour.
4️⃣ Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool completely.
5️⃣ Combine sliced strawberries and sugar for topping, then chill.
6️⃣ Top the cheesecake with the strawberry mixture before serving.
