Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
4 burger buns
For Toppings:

Lettuce
Tomato slices
Red onion slices
Pickles (optional)
Ranch dressing (for serving)
Directions:

Prepare the Chicken Patties:

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, but do not overmix.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties, about ½ inch thick.
Cook the Patties:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C) and golden brown on the outside.
Prepare the Buns:

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in the same skillet or a toaster until they are lightly golden.
Assemble the Burgers:

Place each cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, pickles (if using), and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
