Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries 🍓
1/2 cup frozen blueberries 🫐
1/2 cup frozen raspberries 🍇
1 ripe banana 🍌 (optional for added creaminess)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber and omega-3s) 🌱
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt (for protein and creaminess) 🍦
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of choice 🥛
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness) 🍯
Instructions:

- Prepare Freezer Packs:
In a freezer-safe bag or container, combine the frozen strawberries 🍓, blueberries 🫐, and raspberries 🍇.
If using banana 🍌, slice it up and add it to the bag/container.
Add the chia seeds 🌱 to the mix (if using).
Seal the bag or container and store it in the freezer until you’re ready to make the smoothie.
