Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bites 🥩🍤 – A Juicy, Flavor-Packed Delight!

Ingredients:

400g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
250g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions:
1️⃣ Sear the steak: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season shrimp with salt and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the garlic butter sauce: Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the skillet, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.


4️⃣ Combine & toss: Return the steak and shrimp to the pan, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce. Let warm for 1-2 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve & garnish: Plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
