Creamy Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) prawns, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add prawns, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
Pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or crusty bread. Enjoy!
