Garlic Butter Lobster & Seared Scallops 🦞🧈
An elegant seafood feast featuring tender lobster tail and perfectly seared scallops, all bathed in a rich, garlicky butter sauce. A true restaurant-quality dish made at home!

Ingredients:
For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Seared Scallops:

8 large sea scallops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat on top for a butterfly effect.
2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush over the lobster meat.
3️⃣ Cook the Lobster:

Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Broil: Set broiler to high and broil for 7-10 minutes until opaque and slightly firm.
4️⃣ Sear the Scallops: Pat scallops dry. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter in the last minute for extra richness.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Plate the lobster and scallops, drizzle with extra garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
