📝 Ingredients:

For the Lobster:

2 lobster tails, split in half
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the Lobster:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush lobster tails with melted butter and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until opaque and tender.
Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for a slight char.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
Top with roasted lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve warm and enjoy this decadent seafood pasta!
