Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs 🍪

6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted 🧈

16 oz. cream cheese, softened 🧀
3/4 cup (150g) sugar 🍬
2 eggs, at room temperature 🥚
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌱
1/2 cup mixed berry jam 🍓

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2️⃣ Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Chill the crust while you make the filling.
3️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
