Ingredients
For the base:
200 g of coconut cookies
80 g of melted butter
For the filling:
500 g of cream cheese
150 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of coconut essence
100 g of crushed pineapple
For decoration:
Grated coconut
Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
Prepping base and cooling.
Make the filling by beating the ingredients.
Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180°C.
Refrigerate for 4 hours and decorate.
