Steak and Garlic Butter Shrimp π€π₯©π
Ingredients:
β’β 1 bone-in ribeye steak (about 1 inch thick)
β’β 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
β’β 2 tbsp olive oil
β’β 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
β’β 4 garlic cloves (minced)
β’β 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
β’β 1/2 tsp paprika
β’β 1/2 tsp salt
β’β 1/4 tsp black pepper
β’β Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Directions:
1οΈβ£ Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2οΈβ£ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or to your preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
3οΈβ£ In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. SautΓ© the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque.
4οΈβ£ Add the minced garlic, paprika, and remaining butter to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5οΈβ£ Sprinkle the shrimp with fresh parsley and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
6οΈβ£ Serve the steak alongside the shrimp, garnished with lemon wedges.
