Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito with Creamy Cheese Sauce .
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:

In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic in the bacon grease until soft.
Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove from heat.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, then stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Lay a tortilla flat and layer with cheese sauce, beef mixture, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
Repeat for remaining tortillas, then serve warm with extra cheese sauce for dipping.
