Spicy Seafood Alfredo Delight
Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (cooked and flaked)
1/2 lb crab meat (lump or claw)
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz fettuccine (or your favorite pasta)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (more to taste)
Extra Parmesan (for garnish)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 lobster tail (cooked and chopped)
Instructions:

Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the seafood: If the lobster isn’t pre-cooked, boil or steam until opaque. Remove from shell and chop into pieces. Flake the cooked salmon and ensure the crab meat is ready.
Make the Cajun Alfredo sauce: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add butter and let it melt. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the seafood and pasta: Fold in the cooked lobster, crab, and salmon, coating evenly in the sauce. Add the drained pasta and toss until well combined.
Serve: Plate the Cajun seafood Alfredo, garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
