200 ml of coconut milk 🥥🥛
395 g of condensed milk 🥄
400 ml of liquid milk 🥛
100 g of grated coconut 🥥✨
200 g of milk cream 🍶
12 g of flavorless gelatin (1 envelope) 🍃
120 ml of water (1/2 cup) 💧
Extra grated coconut to decorate 🥥
👵🏼Preparación👵🏼
1️⃣ dissolves the gelatin in warm water and reserve it 🔄.
2️⃣ Liquea coconut milk, condensed milk, milk, grated coconut, milk cream and dissolved gelatin until you get a homogeneous mixture 🌀.
3️⃣ Pour into a slightly oiled and cooled mold until it is firm (minimum 4 hours) ❄️.
4️⃣ Unmold carefully and decorate with more grated coconut. Ready to enjoy! 🍮✨
